The Hillshire Neighborhood borders the west of of 132nd Ave. SE, just south of SE 208th.

Overseen by a homeowners association, this community was built in the 1990s.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
